So much I want to say honestly…
But let me start & end here:

You are loved today, tomorrow, and every day after that. I know this time of year a lot of really beautiful couples will showcase their love, which is amazing, but tomorrow is for everyone. You are deserving of love just as you are, regardless of your relationship status.

It is a day for you to walk in God’s love and celebrate the deep connection you have with yourself and with Him.

We are surrounded by all forms of love everyday - family, friendship, self-love, and the unconditional love of God. Receive all the love that fills your life in this very moment, even the love you sometimes forget to give yourself.

I’m so grateful for the vision! It hasn’t been easy but it will be so worth it.

At times, I want to make excuses but then I’m reminded of God’s word in Hebrews that says “You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what He has promised.”

Let me share one declaration with you that I believe will bless you this morning as you start your day. Speak it and mean it: I REFUSE TO LET SETBACKS DEFINE ME. I WILL RISE STRONGER EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I know Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching but I don’t want us to get caught up in one day. I used to be that girl but then I got married to a person that could care less about the holiday. We used to actually fight about it because I felt like he didn’t do enough on the day. I was looking for the moon, stars, and sun!!

Tobi never understood the hype but over the years we’ve come to an understanding that romance doesn’t have to be reserved for a holiday or be overly complicated. Love is something we experience every day and the act of being romantic should be incorporated in our lifestyle. (Especially after having kids, working, being an adult, etc,)

Romance is intentional and practical. It just takes a bit of thought. I know life be lifing and we all get so busy but focus on small daily or weekly gestures that will bring you and your partner closer, making the connection stronger. Tobi and I are committed to doing so much better. Hopefully this calendar of ideas helps just as much as it helped me.

And for couples that do ALL of these things daily/weekly, I applaud you. Please do masterclass for us!

I worked on February Affection calendars the last few days. I know we’re almost half way through the month but the love for your partner, children, self, and family does not stop in February. The calendars can be used throughout the year! I’ll share it tomorrow!

A blessed babe.

The birthday love was overwhelming (in the best way, of course)!

Thank you over and over again. I can’t stop saying thank you.

An even bigger thank you to God for restoring my confidence as a woman, wife, mother, sister, friend, and the list goes on; and reminding me of my strength and purpose.

I’m still working through the beautiful messages. I had to put it on pause because my daughter woke up on Sunday with a fever but she’s doing so much better today. I even had plans to post throughout the weekend but Jiji said “nope, you will be my doctor!”

I’m actually judging!!!!! Just a little bit!!

Ladies and gentlemen, meet Tise! My little sister. The baby of the house. I call her my first born because of how wide the age gap is. My mom had her the same month I graduated from Rutgers University.

I remember the day my mom told my siblings and I she was pregnant. We were in complete shock. Like what? Why? How? When?!!? I laughed so hard that day because I really didn’t know the words to say but God knew exactly what He was doing. We know now that she was perfectly gifted to us exactly when we needed it. His will is always perfect. No errors, no mistakes!

Now back to what this girl did! What should I do??!

When it comes to reading the word of God, I’ve come to understand a few things I want to share:

1. Scripture fuels my relationship with God. I want to be led by His guidance.

2. It’s important for me to set a routine, stick with it, and let God transform my life with His word. Transformation never ends.

3. I used to search for myself in all the wrong places, but until I opened the Bible and found God in His Word, my life was never going to change. That’s when I truly discovered who I was.

4. It’s not about cute Bibles or inconsistent motivation—it’s about discipline. Motivation can fade, but consistency and faith pushes me to keep reading, studying and putting it all in action.

Find a few scriptures and hold on to them. Read those Bible stories and pull out practical lessons that you can apply to your own life. Let the Bible change you. I’m telling you today, you need this now more than ever before.

SHE is ME.

Boundaries are 100% biblical and a key part of living a healthy, God-honoring life in any type of relationship. Even God sets boundaries—with creation, relationships, and how we’re called to live.

Being a people-pleaser, stuffing your feelings, or staying quiet just to keep fake peace isn’t godly—it’s exhausting and unhealthy. Real peace—the kind God wants for us—comes from honesty, trust, and healthy communication, not from avoiding hard conversations.

Bottling up anger, bitterness, or frustration doesn’t make you holy; it’s toxic and gives the enemy a foothold. That’s the opposite of the fruit of the Spirit.

Make a promise to yourself to honor your boundaries with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, trusting Him to guide your words and actions.

Boundaries aren’t selfish—they’re a way to protect peace, promote love, and keep relationships healthy. Setting boundaries isn’t mean; it’s biblical and necessary for walking in freedom and truth.

Take a look at these scriptures for more insight—Galatians 6:5, Proverbs 25:17, Proverbs 4:23, and James 1:19.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for loving me with an everlasting love. Your love is unshakable, unchanging, and unconditional. Help me to see myself through Your eyes, not through fear, doubt, or the lies of the enemy. Remind me that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, created with purpose, and worthy of love.

Lord, teach me to love myself as You love me, not with pride but with grace. Help me to reject every excuse that keeps me from walking in confidence and wholeness. When I feel unworthy, remind me that Your love makes me enough. When I feel weak, strengthen me to endure. When I’m tempted to give up on myself, let Your truth remind me that I am chosen, redeemed, and equipped for every good work.
