Day 15: Digital Detox Reflection
Spend the day without digital devices. Reflect on the experience and its impact on your well-being. Challenge yourself to detox for at least three to five days. Your mind, body, and soul will thank you!
Feel free to adapt these prompts based on your preferences and the themes that resonate with you. Journaling is a personal journey, and each prompt is an invitation to explore different facets of your life and aspirations. Some prompts may involve more thinking and writing but the goal is to let go of judgment and create a routine that works for you.
Habakkuk 2:2 says, "Then the Lord answered me and said: 'Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, so that he may run who reads it." I’ll share more light on this in the future. Just remember, we write to reveal the beauty of God in our lives. May your life always reveal the beauty of God no matter the circumstances.
